Please note: Try the following at your own risk, though these are not something which will blow your device, however, we do not take any responsibility. As the below information is based on experience and for information sharing purposes.

Step1: Flash is not available on Google Play anymore, so we have to download it from adobe archive site. Visit: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html and search for: "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives"

Now download Flash player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (any version which is latest) on your pc.

Step2: Copy or transfer .apk file (Adobe_Flash_Player_11.1.apk) on your android device.

Step3: In your android device go to  - Security - Unknown Sources - and enable "Allow installations of apps from sources other than the Play Store"

Step4: Now install flash or open this downloaded .apk file via any Explorer. If you don't have any explorer in your android device, download one from Google play like: Explorer, file explorer etc.

After installing flash, go to Google play and install "Boat browser"

Step5: Open Boat browser - go to "Settings"  - "Page content settings" and set "Enable flash/plug-ins" to "Always on"

Close and reopen Boat browser and enjoy flash on your android device.
